SKOWHEGAN (AP) — seemingly hungry and thirsty vandals have trashed a fairgrounds booth in Maine, stealing a hundred and twenty whoopie pies and ingesting 1/2 a gallon of iced tea.

John Youney, a director of the Skowhegan Lions club, tells the Morning Sentinel that a refrigerator full of cookies turned into also emptied and that plastic gloves and silverware littered the floor.

Youney says there’s about $1,000 well worth of harm or stolen goods.

The group observed the spoil-in at their Skowhegan fairground booth Sunday morning and believes it happened in a single day Saturday.

Youney says whoever is worried can confess and paintings off their crime with the aid of assisting the membership with its volunteer work.

A police officer stated he couldn't comment on the investigation.
