MUMBAI: Former India captain Rahul Dravid has been appointed Head of Cric­ket on the country wide Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bang­alore, the u . S .’s board (BCCI) stated on Monday.

Dravid became a prolific batsman having represented India in 164 assessments and 344 One-day Internationals with over 10,000 runs in both codecs.

He has been coach of India’s underneath-19 and ‘A’ groups since 2015 and coached the under-19 guys’s side to victory at the 2018 global Cup.
