NAROWAL: The bomb disposal squad of the civil defence branch on Tuesday defused an India-made anti-tank mine recovered from Nullah Dek in Zafarwal region.
in line with District Civil Defence Officer Muhammad Asim Wahla, labourers digging out sand from the Nullah Dek determined the 14-pound anti-tank mine (ATM) and informed Zafarwal police about the locate which they took in their custody.
He stated the police known as the civil defence’s bomb disposal squad (BDS) that defused the ATM that became made in India.
Nullah Dek enters Pakistan’s territory from India in Tehsil Zafarwal, in Narowal district.
