ISLAMABAD: As a preventive measure towards COVID-19, the control of the Pakistan Institute of clinical Sciences (PIMS) has determined to close down its outpatient department (OPD).

With the health center website hosting an isolation and remedy ward for COVID-19 patients, officials explained that this selection turned into taken to restrict the influx of people at the healthcare facility.

Pims govt Director Dr Anser Maxood chaired a meeting of all departmental heads on Monday at some stage in which it changed into decided to convert scientific ward-II into an isolation facility. The sufferers of this ward might be shifted to any other ward.
