ISLAMABAD                      : The splendid court docket (SC) on Wednesday sought responses from events on the joint research team’s (JIT) document within the unlawful allotment of Pakpattan Darbar land case.

Justice Umar Ata Bandial headed the three-member bench. Earlier, the SC had issued notices to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and others.

on the directives of the previous leader justice Saqib Nisar, a JIT had been shaped inside the case that declared Nawaz accountable for unlawful allotment of the land while he became Punjab leader minister in 1986.

In February, Nawaz had submitted his reply with the SC in the case involving illegal allotment of Pakpattan Darbar land.

The deposed gold standard had claimed that the JIT record became one-sided and mala fide, requesting the court docket to reject it. Nawaz had additionally requested the courtroom to disregard the notice issued towards him.
